- The City of Osceola invites all residential residents of Osceola to the General Clean-Up from Tuesday, October 11^th through Thursday, October 13^th at the Clarke County Fairgrounds.  The General Clean-Up will be each day from 8am-5:30pm and only City residents that pay for trash service through the City are eligible.
